Universes-are-missing-in-the-Strategy-Screener

I also notice this in WL8. This is most likely an initialization related bug. Try to click "Screen" next to any strategy on the website, then "Submit screen" on the opened page.

Same here. Apparently that was a quirk of the web service to return the list of universe.

Hello, the new Strategy Screener in Build 24 can't find any univsere in the selection field, any idea why?

I've merged your new topic with this first problem report. Looks like the issue is persistent. Can you try out suggestions in Post #2 and #1 and see if that changes anything?

yesterday I tested this new function for my first time and it was working well.

But today, I miss the selection for the data sets. Restart WL8 and start a screener again did not help, the same result, no data sets.

Christian, I submitted a screen on the website (i.e. Post #1) and DataSets appeared upon restart of WL8.

https://www.wealth-lab.com/Strategy -> click 'Screen' -> click 'Submit'

Maybe it's a coincidence. We need to investigate!

Interesting, just launching Wealth-Lab 8 build 24 alone did not help, BUT I have now restarted the entire VPS server and performed .NET Windows Update.

Result, now it worked:



Is something loaded in the background for the screener via the web and not only local from WL8?
