What is the order of data providers checked in the Data Manager?
I would always put WealthData on top. This data is super clean, has a long history and no survivorship bias. You should get the SPY from the beginning until last trading day.
I may be wrong but I smell a potential intraday DataSet limited to 2 years by data vendor with SPY being compressed to EOD - hence 2 years.
You have your chart configured to display only 500 bars. You can change that in Preferences, Data.
Lukas, that chart doesn't tell the whole story. You might've clicked on SPY in a W-D DataSet. However, since Cryptocompare (CC) is on top and if you're backtesting cryptos, CC with its potentially limited data depth (compared to WD) may be prioritized when looking up the benchmark symbol (SPY) in a backtest.
