trying to use the MyRSI, but looks not working
That's a bug in the MyRSI indicator. The second parameter was declared a double type instead of an int type. Already fixed for the next TASC build.
That aside, RSI returns a value between 0 and 100, it's "normalized". What "other" do you want to compare it to?

As Cone said, RSI is already normalized in the range of 0 to 100.
