What did you enter in the two credential fields?

ID and KEY here.

For C2 User ID you need to use the number at the end of the url in your public profile.

Log in to C2, in the upper right, click your name and then Public Profile.

Got it. I also tried that # and it still fails to connect.

It briefly said connected, then I received this error:

Thanks. We don't understand why some work and others don't, but we're working on it!

I figured out the issue (I think). I created the API with a trial account and upgraded to a full account after. Using that API did not work. When I recreated the API link after the full access account it worked.
