He's hitting the domain without the "www". To my surpirse I answered this very question by a concerned prospective subscriber in our corporate email today.

Even so, how do you get an unsecured connection without being forwarded to a secured connection? What url exactly? Using what browser?

I use Brave and, as Eugene mentioned, I did not use the "www." prefix.
