One of my clients cannot use this tool.

He adjusts the blocks correctly, then chooses the portfolio and other settings correctly on the second page. If he then clicks on "run backtest", the backtest stops after a second and you don't see any results (not a single tab).

But his strategies are then included in the overview. So they are calculated but the backtest-results are not available.

The customer has the problem on different browsers like edge and chrome.

What can be the cause?

a security setting/firewall?
a setting in windows? (I don't know which windows he uses)

The customer uses a private notebook without special security measures...

Have you ever heard of a similar problem & do you have any idea where to look for the error?

Thank you!

Can they look at the Console in the browser to see if any errors or messages are indicated?

You're not looking for an easy way to take screenshots? 😂

To attach a screenshot simply, just hold Win key and then strike PrtScrn key on your keyboard and then upload the resulting file from My Pictures/Screenshots folder.

In any case, this one is not an error that would "break" the web backtester. I don't think anyone else is seeing a problem. Maybe it's the strategy or the DataSet? Does it happen for all strategies? Try one of the public strategies that's sure to return a result.
