Which symbol/price looks wrong, specifically? Are you comparing it to Wealth-Data?
Disregard - exits at the open on 8/29 look wrong to me too.

Oddly, my strategy's exits were processed at the opening price (which were correct on 8/30), but all of the Buy at Limits that didn't hit their mark are still active.

Any ideas Glitch?

Yeah, my market buy orders that were supposed to have proceeded at the market open on 8/30 are also active still.
