Hi, Please note see attached screenshots.

1. The update was this Tuesday, 2/7. It shows "23 symbols Loaded". Yet most Last Date is 1/23 and there is one on 2/3,
2. The connection test screenshot shows last bar date fetched was 2/3, not 2/6,
3. JNUG is completely missing, with NaN.

I had similar issues yesterday, Monday, during trading hours, not using Data Manager but with streaming charts.

WL build 26,
IB connector provider build 23

Working fine here. (It doesn't look selected, but I create the IB "Nuclear ETFs" DataSet just for this test. Most of the symbols I had never downloaded before.)

Without knowing anything else, I'd have to assume you don't have a connection with TWS, OR, you don't have data permissions. If either of these were the case, it would be obvious in the Log Viewer (Ctrl+L).

Cone, please note the screenshot where I show it was able to get SPY. So, yes, my connection to TWS was fine. That's not the issue.

<On a separate note: I'm glad it works for you. I would it to work for me.>

If there is a way to switch to debug mode I could send you the output.

Is this really indicative of your connection? SPY is outdated on your screenshot so it might've been read from the disk file.

Additionally, this is a repercussion of the old issue which is sort of in the air?

Correct.

Log Viewer PLEASE.

I know that no one likes to hear, "it works for me", but there's nothing else to go on. Our first reaction is to test/attempt to duplicate what you're seeing. I'm just relaying to you what we did for you.

Also, if a Provider failed a request during a Wealth-Lab session for a Symbol/Scale, that Symbol/Scale won't be requested again by the Provider unless you "Clear Internal Request Tracking Info" (or restart WealthLab).

There were no errors in the Log Viewer, see screenshot.
Tried closing and opening WL. Still no new data.
Was able to get fresh data after right-clicking on IB provider and "clear internal request".

Thank you.

Restarting WealthLab would have had the same effect of clearing the internal requests - and the logs are cleared after a restart, so we don't have the history of old failures.

Anyway, glad you're up and running!

Restarting WL following a IB TWS restart is always a good idea.
