What would be the difference?
Example: (one symbol strategy)
Entry Block one: buy at market highest close of 5 bars
Entry Block two: buy when close crosses above 200 day sma
versus:
Entry Block: buy at market highest close of 5 bars "or" by when close crosses above 200 day sma?
To me they are the same thing, am I wrong?

In the first case your Strategy would be managing two individual positions, which could both be open at the same time.
So, if there is only one entry block, setting up 2 separate exit blocks has the same effect as using an or divider in an exit block, is that right?
Right. All exit blocks directly below an entry block apply to trades created by that entry block.
The "closest exit order" in time or price will have priority.
