Hello,
As of last week I was able to run my Strategy that looked for down gaps Everything was fine, and I was able to send orders to Ameritrade.
This morning, following the exact procedure as last week, all I get is a brief Loading Data and then back to Deactivated.
I instead ran a Backtest, and it produced Signals.
Any ideas as to why SM seems to have stopped working for Ameritrade?
Thanks!

Click on the strategy item - what are the last dozen or so lines in Strategy Monitor Log before it deactivated?

Also, any messages for TDA in the Log Viewer (Ctrl+L)?

The Log Viewer show that it is connected to Ameritrade.

I rebuilt the DataSet with only one symbol, NXU.
Its historical chart shows correctly. Also, correct when I click Stream.
As shown below, I assume "GetHistories returned with 0 symbols" indicates the problem, but I don't know what it would have said when it worked just fine last week/year.

Which Historical Providers do you have checked?
What is the data scale you're requesting?

Both Historical and Streaming are set to Ameritrade and the token expires in 63 days.
The Scale is Daily everywhere.

Without any messages in the Log Viewer, we can only guess that the TD API wasn't responding to the requests for data for some reason. Another machine connecting to the same account could knock our the other connection. If that's not it, then it's just a guess to what happened.

Restart WealthLab to refresh the connection.

Aside - for intraday trading it's preferrable to use Streaming Bars (not Streaming) for the S. Monitor.

I restarted. Again got 1/2/2024 09:59:43: GetHistories returned with 0 symbols

I'm the only one using this account. Streaming Bars has always been grayed out and unclickable.

Perhaps the TDA API people have disabled something?

Then you selected a Daily or higher scale. Streaming and Streaming Bars are for intraday strategies only.

Anything's possible with the Schwab transition. My account is still at TDA and it's working for me.

Last week I was able to run my live strategy in the SM.
Even last night AI was able to run my strategy in the SM.
This morning I'm getting the "Gethistories returned with 0 symbols" again

CTRL-L indicates connected to Ameritrade just fine.
All setting are exactly as they were last night. The Streaming Data Testbed in the DM runs fine.
Streamin and polling both Error.
Restarted Wealth-Lab.
Even restarted my computer.

Let's make sure you can get intraday data in WL8.

Open a chart and select a scale of 5-minute.

Do you see 5-minute data loaded into the chart?

Yes. Current values show. Changes in sync with TOS.

Hmmm then I can't understand why you aren't getting data in the Strategy Monitor. Let's schedule a Zoom call so we can get to the bottom of this, you can write us at support@wealth-lab.com so we can set one up.
