We could start troubleshooting if you're willing to attach a screenshot of Strategy Settings and copy/paste the contents of SM's log pane.
A snapshot of your selected historical data providers (Data Manager) would be helpful too.

here is the DM setting
Choose Daily scale. Wealth-Data cannot be used as a provider of intraday data. It returns EOD data only.
You could try to get intraday data in the SM from other downloadable extensions which contain connectors to free and paid data feeds:
