Strategy-Evolver-Position-Sizing-Customization

I want to be able to customize the position sizing, # of positions, and margin for the strategy evolver to match normal strategy inputs like shown below from the new strategy template.

This way we can have the evolver look for strategies matching a users account margin, position size ranges, etc for strategies they typically develop.
