Not sure if this the correct way to do this.....
On Design Surface tab, Sell at profit target block, when Profit Target type set to point, cannot pick anything but whole numbers. Should allow .xx and be able to type that in - currently you cannot type in anything, only select with up/down arrows in field

No, you can select fractional values when either Point or Percent is chosen. The PT input field is agnostic to what is set in the dropdown value. Probably it's some issue on your end.
