Every 15 minutes my schwab connection is connecting and disconnecting sometimes even more frequent than that. Is there a reason for this happening? Is it my internet connection?

It might have started with a bad connection, but it looks more like the websocket reconnect logic got lost after that. Probably a fresh start is required to reinitialize it.
Edit:
"EndpointUnavailable" popped up a couple times. Could indeed be the connection, or the server you were connected to had a problem.

I've restarted the computer and the app numerous times and it keeps doing this. I've never had this issue until I updated to build 104.
That would be a long shot. I'd say with 99.9% certainty that Build 104 is in no way connected to it, and again, looks like the server you're hitting is offline. Until now, I've never seen, "EndpointUnavailable".
Did you check your login/Refresh Token status?

How about today? Was the Refresh Token expired?
Token was only 2 days old. I refreshed the token anyways and it kept disconnecting and connecting until 3 am this morning, then stayed connected ever since without any further disconnecting issue. That was weird.
With the "EndpointUnavailable" indication, I think we can blame it on the server you were routed to.
I keep having it connect and disconnect again. I refreshed the token 4 times. Why is this happening? It is very frustrating when trying to run a intraday strategy.
You probably need to refresh your login.
Once every week. Set an alarm to do it on the weekend.
Also make sure that you're not connecting to your account with more than one (WL) client.

I have refreshed my token 4 times. once yesterday and 3 more times today and it is still happeneing.
Seriously you're the only one I know of having this problem.
Make sure you're not connecting with multiple clients.
Beyond that, maybe Schwab API support can tell you why you're having trouble connecting to the endpoint. Give them your IP address and maybe they can identify the server.

I'm starting to use IQFeed for streaming, no issue.
I do not know why Schwab with two different internet provides continually connects and disconnects. I never had that problem prior to Build 98, maybe it is schwab's server, its just an oddity.
I have even been refreshing the token every morning, only have one active client.

Sorry that you're having that experience, but yours is the only report of it.
fwiw, I use Schwab streaming all day, every day to run Quote triggers without any trouble whatsoever - and that's from off the coast of Africa.

Understand, the connection between the IQFeed connect client and the WL IQFeed provider is a local connection, not over the Internet. If you want to see if the IQFeed connect client is struggling with your Internet connection, you need to open its dialog box to check.
Streaming is the most taxing thing to be doing with your Internet connection. So if there are any Internet problems, they will show up when streaming. Internet problems may remain invisible with other network activity.
how do you open its dialog?
It's a separate utility in the IQFeed installation folder under Program Files, it's not invoked in WL - just click on the app's shortcut in the Windows start menu.
The IQFeed logfile would have the most information from the IQFeed Diagnostic Utility. Any questions about its contents should be directed at DTN since this is their utility. The WL team doesn't manage it.
IQFeed is the best real-time streaming data source for WL. WL only consumes Level 1 data, so there's no point in subscribing IQFeed to Level 2 data.
