If I add a short strategy to a Meta Strategy, the results of the short strategy (within the meta Strategy) are very different form running the short strategy alone.

This problem also resulted from a missing GetMaxRiskStopLevel().
It went away as soon as I added GetMaxRiskStopLevel() to the short strategies.

The good thing is that we've raised awareness about GetMaxRiskStopLevel() for more customized Max Risk % sizing.
