Hello,
I just purchased my fist subscription but as you can see from the attached file, as soon as I launched your WL-8 I get the error you can see ("We encountered the following error trying to locate your Wealth-Lab 7 license; Licensing Error:We detected a problem with your Wealth-Lab License, please contact support@wealth-lab.com")
Same error for WL-7.

In your support you state that "After you register on wealth-lab.com and pay for a subscription plan, start WL7 and click "Download License" from the Help menu"... but you missed that if it's impossible to open the program it is also impossible to click on "Download License" in the Help menu. This doesn't make sense. It is a bug.

Could you kindly allow me to launch the platform (WL-8 or WL-7) , please ?
Best regards

No, this is not a bug. You cannot invoke the "Download License" dialog here because your hardware fingerprint is not recognized and Wealth-Lab won't start at all. Please consider upgrading the VPS plan and follow the configuration example in Post #11 of thread below:

https://www.wealth-lab.com/Discussion/Could-not-determine-your-hardware-token-5903

At the risk of crossposting (re: our email conversation), you can run Wealth-Lab on your Mac with Parallels Desktop - this alternative solution is free.

Thanks Eugene.
Parallel is free .. but the Microsoft License is not free, unfortunately ...

Anyway .. I hope that you could fix, soon or later, this problem affecting so many users like me

Best,
Corrado

Sorry for the trouble, Corrado. Hope we fix this error one way or another. For now you might want to try other hosting companies like 1+1 (ionos), Azure or Amazon where our customers run WL7/8 seamlessly?

Thanks for your patience, Eugene.
I will investigate and, in case, I will proceed .. even it doesn't make sense to have 2 VPS when I already have one powerfull and well working ..

Anyway ... thanks again and have my vest regards

Did this error occur? We are trying to install the program on the VPS.

Here is a screenshot of our configuration

There was no need in that duplicate topic and I've appended your post to one of the topics you had already visited prior to having posted. Please re-read them again as there's nothing else to suggest.
