I just had a market buy fill in KuCoin about 15 minutes ago, but the Position never appeared in the Accounts window. There was no error or warning. Will the strategy still attempt to execute the Exit conditions?

Not if you're using Portfolio Sync preferences.

You've already provide a lot of evidence of this intermittent issue.

I'm sorry to be a nuisance customer, I know my $400/yr doesn't entitle me to unlimited support. I'm trying to only post about it once each month, but the reality is I'm dealing with dozens of these errors in both KuCoin and Coinbase and losing lots of money because of it. I'm still making more than I'm losing, so I can't complain too much, but it's painful to wake up each day and see these errors that have left my strategy in a broken state.

When I posted about it in December of last year, I was hopeful that the Live Positions Portfolio Sync preference would resolve the issue. But the problem is that I can't use that feature because WL8 is often not displaying the correct summary of my positions.

I know my problem isn't a high priority for the WL8 team since not many users seem to be using these crypto broker extensions, and I understand that. I'd be happy to pay out-of-pocket for the bugfix if necessary, or buy a second premium yearly subscription.

Hi Mike, I'm very sorry to hear about the continued issues, and if you remember it was only because of your specific Concierge request that we developed the Kucoin extension in the first place, and didn't charge you anything extra for that. The fact is, we've seen instability in what we're getting back from the Kucoin API in this regard, we can only work with the data we're given. We have an open issue to dig deeper and see if there's anything more we can do to overcome the problem.

As far as Coinbase goes, we're no longer supporting it because we've been getting warnings from Coinbase complaining about copyright violations. Of course, there's no one at the other end to discuss it with, just a threat to disrupt our entire operation unless we take down the Coinbase page. Pretty strange considering that they publish the API intending for third parties to create connections to it.

I haven't been able to reproduce the Kucoin issue yet, when I place a trade and the trade fills I do get the position. I'll run some automated systems on it over the next few days and see if I can make any headway with it.

Seems to happen roughly 1 out of 5 or 10 trades for me. Hopefully the automated systems will catch one of them.

I see you're using margin, though I've primarily been using non-margin. Not sure if that contributes in any way or not.

Looking at a situation that just happened, I noticed the fill quantity doesn't exactly match what I see in KuCoin. Don't know if that's relevant or not. The below strategy is only ever supposed to have 1 open position at a time, so it never should have attempted to buy KICKS in the first place. I think all of this is caused by the same issue, whatever it is.
