The WL Help for PowerPack/Indicators mentions Kase DevStops:

It looks like there was an effort to put the Kase into a block, and the DevStops indicator was created for PP. It's public scope, but hidden from the Indicators, because it's supposed to be used for setting stops for Positions.

Let's just say we're not supporting Kase DevStop. It was a mistake to advertise it.
