You didn't mention you want to optimize those values.
It's easy enough to do in a C# Code-Based Strategy. A Building Block Strategy will never approach the versatility of a Code-Based.
A good starting point would be to "open the BB Strategy as a C#" from the toolbar, then add a couple of new Parameters by hand.
