Migrated to a new pc, installed TWS IB and Wealth Lab, but I'm getting this error:
Exception: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. 127.0.0.1:7496

the configuration is the same as before

any idea?

Your TWS API settings are either not enabled for ActiveX and Socket Clients, or, not configured for Socket port 7496.
