in the chart that has strategy running, the auto place has also enabled, but the close position seems not send to order manager, is this expected?

Not enough details. Broker? Strategy and settings? Symbols? Data range? and so on.
P.S. No need to tag your topics with all tags that you see (there were 3 and neither one applied).

1. Which broker?
2. Is "Trading Preferences > Portfolio Sync > Use Live Position enabled?
3. If yes to #2, do you have the position and does it show up in the Accounts tool?
4. If C# code strategy, it could be an error in the logic
5. Any relevant error messages in the Log Viewer (Ctrl+L)?

something like below, the close position. will this close position signal go to the order manager?
"Like"? Of course no. It's a historic sell signal so it will not go anywhere.
A trading Signal will occur only if it exists on the last bar of the chart. When a bar is "added" to the chart's BarHistory, the strategy executes and may generate a "Signal" that can be Auto-Placed (or Straged) if enabled.
As Eugene pointed out, that's different than any number of trades that occurred in the backtest, historically.
