Users cannot delete the built-in Wealth-Data DataSets, neither individually nor as a group. This does not apply to any W-D DataSets created manually.

What you can do is hide the whole group (e.g. IB, WD). To unhide, click the eye icon to review hidden DataSets.

Aside, why would you want to delete Wealth-Data DataSets?

Did you know?
1. Backtests run with Wealth-Data DataSets are free from survivorship bias.
2. Only Wealth-Data uses the primary market opening price, which is a no-slippage price for a Market-On-Open order.
3. Wealth-Data uses a statistical tick-by-tick filter that removes spikes and other impossible trades for more realistic stop/limit backtests.

The scheduled Datamanager updates all datasets, including the hidden ones, right? If that's true, updating over 100 unused tickers is a waste of time and resources in my humble opinion.
Besides, why wouldn't we have the option to delete unused tickers?

It will only update data for tickers that already have some history. If you never used a WealthData DataSet then the scheduled update should not update those tickers.

These are preinstalled DataSets, more so dynamic ones (survivorship bias free). They are not meant to be user-editable.

DataSets that you never updated will not be updated in bulk update mode. That's the cornerstone of WL7 bulk update so many a WL6 user's habits are deprecated now.
