Not a bug, if you disable ALL conditions, then the Evolver will include all of them. You need to leave at least one enabled.
I left Price Grid (G Gene), since there is no other way to measure pattern profitability
There are 2 types of Condition Genes, Signal and Filter. PriceGrid is Signal only, so the Evolver still needs to find a Filter gene somewhere, that's why you're getting those other Genes.
Now, there are a couple of things we can do. First, I think PriceGrid could be considered both Signals and Filter, so we can change that for the next release of the extension. Also, we can expose these Gene types in the Preferences to make this clearer.

Here's the change for B33:
I'm not sure if this is related to the previous bug and is exactly this situation corrected in 33, but even including all other checkboxes I get the following picture
Hello ww5,
Build 33 is not yet released, Glitch has given a preview. I think you have to wait a little more.

I'm not an Evolver expert, but did you Remove Strategy 2 before starting?
Maybe removing pre-configured strategies that conflict with exclusions should be automatic, but I'm guessing it's not [automatic] yet.

And for the record it isn't a bug, it's working exactly as designed.
To clarify, the reason you see that Condition there is because it is included in one of the template Strategies. It's Strategy 2.
If you really want to eliminate that Condition you'll need to remove Strategy 2 before starting the Evolver.

Where can I find that Strategy 2?
You’ll see it there right when you open a new Evolver window. Just click it and press the delete key.

Why can I have them turned off without being able to change?
Why can I have them turned off without being able to change?
I don't understand the question.
The checkboxes in signal and filter columns are disabled, I can't enable them
Use the checkbox left to the name of the gene to enable/disable that gene.
The grayed out checkboxes to the right in columns "Signal" and "Filter" are for informational purposes only, i.e. they tell you what type of gene it is.
