I have a problem getting external data for one index in a script that has been working fine for over a year. The script will pick up the external data for another index but not the one I want. I am running current version of both data collection and WL7. This started at the end of last week. The index has current data but the script will not pick it up and repeats the data from the last time it was correct. I have deleted the data and reloaded it. How do I proceed?

As always, we need some details like data providers involved, symbols, bar scales etc.

Data provider is TD Ameritrade
Daily Data
Index is RSP
Works fine with SPY

When I look at RSP Chart by itself the data is current and correct. It is when I try to access data as external symbol. Everything is correct until this last week and it keeps repeating Friday's Data on chart for the last 3 days.

Open a simple chart (Ctrl+Shift+C) and enter RSP.
1. Is the data up-to-date?
2. Which Data Provider is shown in the chart's status bar (bottom)?

When I open chart with Ctrl+Shift+C I get chart ending on 2/25/2022 and TD ameritrade is NOT listed. When I open RSP from the data set directly I get current data.

That’s the expected behavior. If you want TD to have a higher overall priority you need to move it to the top in the Data Manager and make sure it’s check box is checked on.

The only thing that concerns my is what is the data provider you’re seeing that it does not have current data? Is it QData for example?

Good point Dion. Yes, it's QData. I'll get that corrected ASAP.
