I installed WL8 successfully, but I have trouble installing IQFeed and MonteCarloLab extensions. I follow the installation process. Have WL8 closed when installing the extension. But when I open WL8 both extensions show as NOT INSTALLED.
Even removing WL8 and re-installing did not change anything.
Are the extensions suppose to work in the trial version?

As you said in the email, also confirmed by a screenshot, you put your IQFeed credentials into the Historical Providers tab. So the extension appears to be working.
Eugene - I checked with the MonteCarloLab extension. Even so it shows as NOT INSTALLED in the extension window - the MointeCarloLab is working indeed.
So far IU was not able to get IQFeed working I still get error messages - but it appears that the extension is installed despite that the status window shows NOT INSTALLED for IQFeed as well.

I suspect that "Not Installed" may have to do with your setup. As we know, WL is installed on a server at a cloud computing company.

I seem to be experiencing the same problem with all extensions showing as not installed, even if it's working. So far I haven't encountered a extension not working, but it's slightly disturbing that now I can't tell which extension haven't been installed.
I'm using the software through Parallels Desktop on mac os while it's still a trial version. I'm not sure if these two factors are related.
I'm going to purchase the premium version tonight and test it again.

Update:After I purchased the premium subscription, all the plugin installation statuses showed up properly.
