WL6 Date Range editor is way more robust than wb7.
in wb7, it is difficult to enter dates and easy to overwrite '/' and no validation until you leave the editor.
Please try it and compare with wb6.

That was the best date editor we could find for WPF. WL6 is Windows Forms, a different UI framework.
The trick to this calendar GUI is to select the date you want and then click somewhere away from the calendar to close it. Weird, I know.
Imho, the quickest way to enter dates is to click on the date value area (i.e, 5/15/2021) and press a R/L arrow key to highlight the mdy value you want to change. Then press R/L again to highlight the next value. For the year, just enter the last 2 digits.
