I receive this error if I use norgate current and past list on any strategy, does not happen on non current and past lists
"could not load backtest data in this scale range"
I am using norgate extension build 12. Wealthlab build 100.
See attached.

Rename
It would have been better to see the Strategy Settings tab since it's complaining about the Scale and Data Range.
see below. It happens with every strategy
hmmm, I can't duplicate that here.
1. Is the Norgate Data Updater running and up-to-date?
2. fwiw, I think the NDU accepts only 1 client too.
To clear any old connections, you might try a Windows restart.

Checked all you suggested. Not working. Norgate data can be installed on two computers, I just have one, I made sure data is upto date by going in tools>data viewerof norgate updater. If you dont have trouble then it got to be something wrong on my machine, i guess ineed to uninstall reinstall.
Reinstalling is not a solution. Try this first:
1. File > Open WL User Data Folder .
2. Close WL
3. Rename that folder from ...\WealthLab8 to anything else.
This has all your strategies, Workspaces, settings, etc, but you can return to it after this test by renaming it back to ...\WealthLab8
4. Start WealthLab.
5. Run a Sample Strategy on the Norgate data.
Any luck?

Then there was something in your settings that was causing that. It sure would be good to know what that was.
