I have the impression that the selection of "Most Recent N Bars" for a Chart Data Range, is actually selecting the Oldest N Bars.

Could you provide more detail: data provider, symbol, bar scale, N bars?
OK I checked, and it's properly returning the most recent bars, not the oldest bars.
@Eugene: Your question made me try several different types of DataSets; and the results were as I would expect for the WealthData DataSets and for some ASCII ones that I still had setup; and the opposite for the ones I use often (all of which are now Metastock type). Is it possible that the problem I believe is happening, is limited to Metastock DataSets only?
It's definitely possible, and I just confirmed it! Consider it fixed for Build 8.
