This is all handled at your end via Stripe, we can't change anything there.
I know you can use a different payment method when you manage a subscription, but the change the entity you might have to cancel the subscription and then create a new one at the appropriate time.

I think we can edit the Stripe Account name and add another name and address for "Ship to". Contact support@ with the details.
