IB will cancel a limit order if the stock opens a certain amount below the limit order price. For example, I had a limit order for MNDY this morning for 227.26 but the MNDY opened at 199. The order was canceled by the IB system. Does anyone have a workaround to enable the orders to be filled at the "low" opening price at IB?

Yes, check trading preferences for the recently added preference to convert these to market orders.

Technical, the limit order wasn't "cancelled".
Instead the order was rejected because the limit price was too far from the inside market.
