Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the Binance historical quotes. Some bars exhibit unusually low lows, around four times lower than actual (see screenshot). And I can't see all history of M5-M15 bars - the oldest are from November 2023.
I tried to delete cash data from C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\WealthLab8\Binance but it hasn't helped.

Right click the chart and "Reload Chart Data from Provider".

When I do that, I do see one spike HIGH on 6/21/2023, which can be corrected to 30772.81 (SOURCE: Wealth-Data).

I followed your recommendation, but it leads to Wealth-Lab freezing for a long time, while the context menu appears over windows of all applications - please see the screenshot.
After the loading is complete, I see a window stating that the data was successfully loaded, but the bars continue to look as they did in my initial screenshot.

Okay, there's something seriously different going on with your machine that mine (or any other that is using Binance).

First, are there any messages in the Log Viewer for Binance? (Ctrl+L)
If there are, right click, copy to the clipboard and paste here.

Second,
Which version of WealthLab and Binance Provider are you using?
See it here: Tools > Home Page

I'm suspecting this a recurring Binance issue. Another user reported it and it then cleared up after he reloaded the data. And here's this,

I found a solution to this issue - it turns out that previously, I used to download the Binance installer from the website. But now, I tried downloading it directly from within the application, and the anomalous bars disappeared. However, the entire volume of data still hasn't been loaded :(

They both download the same installer file. So the difference goes back to Binance, my feeling is that it’s inconstant and sometimes delivers erroneous data.

I was experiencing the same issues. This is what I did to get closer to solving it. If you go into the Data Manager, click on "Binance" then "Binance Symbols" on the left. Then, click on "Update Dataset" at the top of the window.

You can go into a new chart and try to load it, but this time...type in "BTCUSD" instead of "BTCUSDT". It should load all the data. What I don't understand is why it says the source is WealthData (unless BTCUSD is incorporated into WealthData?). When I go back into Data Manager and uncheck "WealthData" to force it to pull the data from Binance, it loads data up until 7/14/2023 with Source: Binance. The easy fix to have it pull directly from Binance instead of whatever it's doing with WealthData is to put Binance ahead of WealthData in the Data Manager. I can't get accurate volume data to load in the chart though.

This means that WealthData is ON TOP of Binance on your Historical Providers list (Data Manager) and so it takes precedence over Binance when returning the data for BTCUSD.

Does WealthData have BTCUSD data? I didn’t see BTCUSD in any of its datasets.

Also, why is there Binance data only up until 7/14/23?

It isn't supported. What is supported in WD is listed here: https://www.wealth-data.com/faq

Probably your Data Loading control is configured to end on that date? If not, try refreshing the chart (right click, Reload ...)

Wealth-Data has some currency data that's used to support multi-currency backtests. BTCUSD is the only crypto you'll encounter in Wealth-Data.

I've done all that. The data loading control is set at previous 1500 bars. When I use it in a strategy, I've set it at the previous 3 years. Happens in the Strategy Window and when I open it in a New Chart Window.

Binance stopped USD transactions, so don't use BTCUSD, use a stablecoin like BTCUSDT

Using BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT addressed all the issues. Thanks
