When I perform an optimization run with API_IS, the APR_IS is not displayed in the optimization metric, the template just remains empty. although the values are calculated correctly and are also displayed in other metrics.

This is a known bug in the current build of finantic.ScoreCards.
The very first metric (no matter which) from IS/OS ScoreCard is not displayed correctly.
Please select another (arbitrary) metric from IS/OS ScoreCard and place it before APR_IS and APR_OS in Preferences->Metric Columns.

No, unfortunately not. because it is not very clear if it is a problem of this scorecard extension or core WL.
