The indicators do not show on my screen because they don't exist. Looks like a simple mistake. The kalmen extension is installing the wrong dll file. See the test folder image attached. 
Aha - thanks for report - I corrected the setup for Kalman, you can download it again from the Extensions page and it should be fine now.
