Since real-time displays cannot help to understand a backtest or be used for strategy development, I still wonder, "what's the purpose of recreating this real-time display in Wealth-Lab?"
I also use ToS to trade options, and specifically, I use the view you showed to find and trade contracts with acceptable spreads. It's a real-time, discretionary options trading tool.

I also see little to no room for this visual aid in WL. Not only because it does not fit the concept but would lead to more support/maintenance and overload the GUI.
