I see the jump in the chart happening between June 5, and June 6. Why don't you show us that data in the ASCII file instead of some data from June 3?
You're applying the U.S. Stocks market to an asset that trades round the clock. This explains the filtering of data and skipped weekends of Bitcoin.
Switch the market to Cryptos (at the bottom of the chart). Alternatively, add BTC-USD and specify "Cryptos" as the target market in Tools menu > Markets & Symbols > Symbols > New symbol...
