Can you please post a screen shot of what you are seeing?
What I am seeing is these words.
These came up when I first signed on and I closed that screen.
OK, this message appears in the WL8 Home Page.
Does it also say, "Failed to obtain WL8 Version Indo?" in red?

Well as Eugene said I run WL8 on a mac using parallels and windows. There was a systems issue somehow with parallels and windows that was causing communications problems with wl8. Once this was rectified wl8 began working ok Was then an issue of getting iq feed and specific stock data working. Sorry for all the problems.
