I have been running one strategy in Strategy Monitor, but see three order blocks. An explanation of why, when and how order blocks are generated would be useful. Can more than one order block cause problems ?

Looks like a side effect of the multi-selection feature i.e. the duplicate signals issue which is already fixed for build 16.
attaching a screen shot of the order blocks might help
