I have a regular CSV file with 1m data. When I try to open with 4H timeframe setting it shows "4 Hours", but the graph is 1 minute. 240M works fine.

Hi Pavel! We had a gap in some of our hourly scale processing. I shored it up and it will work in Build 115. Plan to release it today.
