WealthLab-hangs-on-Checking-License-Resolved

Hi folks,
I have a desktop computer and when I launch WealthLab I see the following.



and then the application just hangs... I also have a laptop which has no problem booting WealthLab. So it appears localized to the desktop. Suggestions?
