For the past 6 days WLD 6.9 has been asking me to login to confirm my identity. The Authentication Wizard returns "The request failed with an empty response". Also, I can't find the traditional support for WLD 6.0 issues.

Visit https://wl6.wealth-lab.com where you will find the required WLD6 update to get you back up and running!

For WL6 support please head to https://wl6.wealth-lab.com. There you'll find support tickets. They'll reappear as private discussions on this website, too.

Please see the Home Page tool inside WLD and follow instructions on reinstalling the final build of 6.9. This will fix the error message caused by the website upgrade.

Fidelity has retired WLP many months ago, no more connection is possible. They should have notified you.

Given that WLP has stopped working in the beginning of August 2020, it looks like a fresh start with WL7 may be the optimal solution for you.

To continue working with WLD 6.9, all it takes is reinstall the updated (and final) build 6.9.24 from this website:

https://wl6.wealth-lab.com/

If you wish to enjoy new features of WL7 (such as live trading + free data from brokers and crypto exchanges, streaming with multiple providers, multi-core backtesting, parallel optimizations etc.) head to this page:

https://www.wealth-lab.com/Software/SubscriptionPlans

Your 3-month free trial starts after choosing a plan and pressing Buy Now. In any case, WLD 6.9 is here to stay if you want to keep using it.

Unfortunately, WL7 subscription does not grant a WL6 license if you weren't a WL Developer 6.9 customer before. We could also not find you among the active WLP customers notified by Fidelity with the offer to convert to WLD last Summer.

Fidelity decommissioned Wealth-Lab Pro in August 2020 so there is no access to WLP anymore.

However, as a goodwill gesture the team decided to make an exception and grant you a WLD6 license key valid for 3 months. We believe it should be sufficient to convert your scripts to WL7. Please find the key in your email. You can download WLD6 from https://wl6.wealth-lab.com. We put together a migration tool to seamlessly move Strategies, DataSets, Extensions, and more into your WLDev user data folder. The tool creates a new WLDev user data folder and copies the configuration and installed extensions from WLPro, excluding Fidelity DataSets and data, which can no longer be maintained.

Download the migration tool by clicking here. Unzip the tool, right click MigrateWLP.exe, and select "Run as Administrator". Although this tool will not copy the Fidelity price or fundamental data, make sure that you have sufficient space on your computer to essentially duplicate the
..\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data folder.

You're welcome to ask questions regarding WealthScript conversion (in a new topic) and we'll be glad to help you.
