It ran fine on two machines on October 21, Monday.
But today it would not start on either machine.
There was a Windows 10 update today.
I uninstalled and re-stalled WL8 using a version 100 setup file on my machine.
It would not start.
Help!

Is it producing any message or error dialogs?

The rectangle that informs progress of startup disappears after the message "initializing help". The image below is what i see on the task bar.

No error dialogue.
I also downloaded the full kit (includes .NET 8) from your site and re-installed.
No change.

It looks like it's running, but just shrunk down to a very small size. Can't you resize that window? If not, right click on the taskbar icon and close the window, it might have appeared off-monitor.

Go to your User Data folder, on my machine it is:
C:\Users\lucid\AppData\Roaming\WealthLab8

Once there, rename your Settings.txt file and try to restart WL8.

I was able to click on the task bar icon and maximize.
I renamed the settings file.
Somehow it worked after a number of wild steps.
Hope I can duplicate it.
For quite a bit it went between maximize and minimize.
I was not abel to catch the edge and move it in.
Thanks!
