Two challenges with the Workspaces, where upon opening, it is not the same as when it was saved. Fortunately, there's a workaround for both.

Issue #1 - When using more than one Main Workspace Window... In the second Workspace Window, charts open as if the explorer bar was full width. In my workspaces, I made the bar as narrow as possible without wrapping the main icons.
WORKAROUND - Easy...
1) Make sure that the Workspace Windows are NOT maximized
2) Save your workspace
3) After opening the workspace, simply maximize the Workspace Window(s)
Issue #2 - Saving the workspace resets the "Auto-Hide" Chart and Chart Status Bar settings for all of the charts on the workspace. UNLESS, the settings had been changed just prior to saving the workspace. Not knowing the structure, I suspect that the workspaces class needs to instantiate the "unedited" settings into its class data before calling the "save method".
WORKAROUND - Also Easy. Before saving a workspace, edit the Auto-Hide and Status Bar settings for ALL CHARTS. Get them displayed as desired, and then save the workspace.

There's a shortcut for setting toolbar and status bar visibility for all charts at once:
While holding the Alt key, click the button. Works for Streaming too. ;)
