WL8 Text Note tool does not open its dialog box

Good Evening,

The Text Note drawing tool does not open its dialog box. Notes can't be drawn on charts.

I checked all of the other drawing tools. They all work as intended.

I agree... Having things just happen by remote control is cool. I've recently hired a qualified helpdesk team for my day-job company, and good stuff "just happens". It's awesome... Have a great day Dion and Eugene!
