Hi all. I got this error, as shown in the screenshot. I tried completely reinstalling the program, completely uninstalling it, but no change. My subscription is active until November 22, 2024. Please tell me how to solve this problem?

Yes, thank you, I solved the problem. It was on my side. I was setting up electronic document management and installed a certificate that somehow conflicted with the platform, but the problem was solved.
