Wealthlab will not recognize my license when I start 7. I downloaded 8, but can;t find data on how to migrate from 7. Is there any mechanism to talk or chat with Wealthlab Staff? I checked my account and it is up to date, not set to expire until 15 Aug 23

This is the mechanism. If we can't solve it here after a good effort, we can schedule a zoom.

I can't even get 7 to start on the computer. I downloaded 8, checked my license and says it is valid. When I start wealthlab 7, where is it looking for the license?

Is there a work around on the broken licensing - also, I do not get a migration message when I look under "tools" on the Wealthlab 8 homepage
