What's the recommended way to uninstall plugins? I tried completely uninstalling WealthLab, as well as running the Windows "repair" operation, but neither seemed to remove the plugins I had previously installed.

Rename
They are in the ProgramFiles, Quantacula, WL7 folder. Each extension is its own DLL file, sometimes with a few required companion DLLs. Just remove the DLLs or simply delete that folder after you uninstalled WL7 and when you reinstall it will be a clean setup.
