There's nothing explicit that I found in the TDA API that would indicate supporting Price History data for options. ThinkOrSwim uses a different API than is available to third parties like Wealth-Lab, and option symbols in ThinkOrSwim don't work.

But they do support Streaming for options, though our provider isn't connecting to that service yet.

Are you looking for option quotes in Wealth-Lab? How would you use them? Option history?

Thanks Cone. Yes. I am doing a lot of option trades. Can wealth-lab add features to do option strategy designs and back tests?

Maybe if you start a new topic and mark it as feature request and provided it gains enough community following?

I'd vote for options support for backtesting and trading on TD Ameritrade. I have an option strategy that worked on backtesting in a SQL database but when I tried to manually implement it, it was pretty difficult.

Why not start a topic with feature request?

Just curious. Why does it need another topic? Is it to add the tag? The thread title is pretty much exactly what a feature request thread would be.

Topic starter asked to get options prices in TDA provider. Then another poster asked - and you supported - to "make WL7 do option strategy designs and back tests". This looks like a pretty big feature request to my mind!
