wealth lab 8 latest and TDA plugin latest, after clicked token refresh button, UI just freezes and can't be used anymore. windows has an event logged:

I'm not seeing a problem here, and I'm using the 'production' builds that you are. We expect this "unsupported browser" message; ignore that.
What is your default browser? Try switching the default browser to Edge or Chrome.

Thanks! looks like it's my installation, just can't open new browser no matter what. tried in azure vm and it works fine.
I ran into this when setting up on another machine. \
fwiw, the solution is to add this url to IE > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites: auth.tdameritrade.com
