As far as I can tell, the provider isn't returning the data. There isn't any problem for other symbols.

I had the same problem with VXN.X and VXEEM.X and only 3 historical bars for RVX,X

there was a change on the servers. They updated the Schwab datafeed, but not the TDA one. I asked them to update but have not heard back yet.
