I'm having an issue with TD Ameritrade updating one-minute scale data for some symbols. I have refreshed my token multiple times. WL8 indicates I have 88 days left on the token. TD Ameritrade is at the top of my list of historical dataset providers, and it is checked.

So, for example, I have a dataset with only symbol COIN in it. I deleted all existing data in the dataset. From the Data Manager I updated the dataset and it loaded COIN with no issues. I waited several minutes. I requested an update of the data set. WL8 churned a bit and then informed me that one symbol was loaded. However, the data set was not updated with latest one minute data. I checked if there were new bars available in ThinkOrSwim, and that was the case, and they had volume. There are no errors in the log.

I did an update at Feb. 10, 2023, 8:51 AM EST. According to ThinkOrSwin, there is data available between Feb 10, 2023 8:39 AM EST and 8:51 AM EST. But this is what WL8 shows...

The same problem occurs for symbol RBLX, although I didn't delete its data and try again.

Looks okay to me in a chart. Make sure the market filter is unchecked and you'll see data up to the current minute.

All steps I took and described in my original post were from the Data Manager. I would think that the Data Manager would perform an update to the latest minute (one minute scale). In my original post I stated that I deleted the data for COIN, updated it from the Data Manager, and it was up-to-date. But, after waiting several minutes, it would not update and no error occurred. New bars were available, with volume, according to ThinkOrSwim.

In any case, I pulled up a chart of COIN, and it did not have the latest data. Filter Pre/Post is unchecked (I think this is what you're referring to.) When I activated streaming then the data updated.

Also, try to 'Clear request tracking info' before you update (right click on TD on the Historical providers tab).

Thank you, Eugene. 'Clear request tracking info' fixed the issue.
